Your Inbox
In short. The Inbox collects what needs a word from you: photos that have not found a case, captures where the agent has a question, and imported procedures it could not match. It also shows photos that filed themselves, so you can undo any of them. Nothing here is urgent; the app works fine if you ignore it for days.
The Inbox has four lists, in this order.
Filed automatically
Photos the app filed to a case on its own, with an Undo beside each. Undo puts the photo back in Photos to file. How the app decides is on Filing photos.
Photos to file
Photos that are waiting for a case. Choose the case each belongs to, or leave them; they stay safe on your phone and in storage until you do. Photos whose time could not be read sit under Time not known and always ask you. The full explanation is on Filing photos.
Captures waiting on your answer
When the agent has a question about a capture, it asks on the capture screen as soon as you tap Capture. If you leave without answering, the question waits here, and the case is not saved until you answer it. Each capture shows your text and the questions. Tap the right choice, or type an answer where a question has no choices, then tap Save answers. When nothing is waiting, the list says so.
Procedures to review
Imported cases whose procedure the app could not match to the standard list. Each shows the MRN, the patient’s name, the date and the hospital’s wording. Where the agent has a best guess, it shows as Suggested: tap Confirm, or Pick another and search for the right procedure. The fix applies to that case. Your names must be unlocked to see this list. When every imported case is matched, it says All caught up. To fix a billing name across all its cases at once, use Settings → Procedures; see Procedure names.
